Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
Upon your arrival in Marrakech, you will be welcomed by your tour guide and transferred to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the day exploring the vibrant city of Marrakech at your own pace. Visit the famous Jemaa el-Fnaa square, wander through the bustling souks, and immerse yourself in the rich culture and history of this enchanting city.
Day 2: Marrakech to Essaouira
After breakfast, depart from Marrakech towards the coastal town of Essaouira. Enjoy a scenic drive through picturesque landscapes as you make your way to the Atlantic coast. Upon arrival, check-in to your accommodation and spend the evening exploring the charming medina, strolling along the beach, and savoring delicious seafood.
Day 3: Essaouira to Marrakech
In the morning, you have some free time to further explore Essaouira. Take a walk along the ramparts, visit the Skala de la Ville, and shop for unique souvenirs. In the afternoon, depart for Marrakech and return to your accommodation. You can spend the evening enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakech or simply relaxing at your hotel.
Day 4: Marrakech to Ouarzazate
After breakfast, depart from Marrakech and head towards Ouarzazate. Along the way, you’ll pass through the magnificent Atlas Mountains, enjoying breathtaking views of valleys and traditional Berber villages. Arrive in Ouarzazate, known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert, and visit the famous Kasbah. Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Spend the night in Ouarzazate.
Day 5: Ouarzazate to Merzouga via Tinghir and Todra Gorges
Today, continue your journey through the stunning landscapes of Morocco. Drive to Tinghir and explore the impressive Todra Gorges, known for their towering cliffs and beautiful oasis. Afterward, head to the desert town of Merzouga, where you’ll experience the magic of the Sahara Desert. Enjoy a camel trek through the golden sand dunes and spend a memorable night in a desert camp, indulging in traditional music and a starry night sky.
Day 6: Merzouga to Fes via Ziz Valley, Midelt, Forest of the Monkeys, and Ifrane
After sunrise in the desert, depart for Fes. Drive through the Ziz Valley, known for its palm groves and breathtaking views, and pass through the charming town of Midelt. Continue your journey through the Middle Atlas Mountains, visiting the Forest of the Monkeys, where you can interact with friendly Barbary macaques. Finally, arrive in Ifrane, often referred to as “Little Switzerland” for its European-inspired architecture. Continue to Fes and spend the night there.
Day 7-8: Fes to Chefchaouen
Spend the next two days exploring the beautiful city of Fes, known for its well-preserved medieval old town. Wander through the narrow streets of the medina, visit the famous Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and University, explore the colorful tanneries, and soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. After two days in Fes, depart for the charming blue city of Chefchaouen, known for its blue-washed streets and
buildings. Spend the night in Chefchaouen.
Day 9: Chefchaouen to Casablanca via Rabat
After breakfast, depart from Chefchaouen and make your way to the bustling city of Casablanca. En route, stop at Rabat, the capital of Morocco, and visit its historical landmarks, including the Hassan Tower and the Kasbah of the Udayas. Continue to Casablanca and explore its modern attractions, such as the Hassan II Mosque and the vibrant Corniche. Spend the night in Casablanca.
Day 10: Casablanca to Marrakech
On the last day of your tour, return to Marrakech from Casablanca. You can spend the day at your leisure, exploring any sights you may have missed or indulging in some last-minute shopping in the bustling souks. In the evening, bid farewell to Morocco as your tour comes to an end.
